Who controls the data

BespokeRelax is an independent research project based in mainland China and controls the information submitted through this website. A formal operating entity and named commercial contact will be published before bookings or payments are accepted.

What we collect

We collect the name, email address, country, approximate travel timing, party size, budget range, interests and free-text responses that you choose to provide. We also record the referring page and campaign parameters so we can understand which research outreach is useful.

Why we use it

We use the information only to evaluate demand, design the proposed journey and contact you about this research or future availability when you have consented. We do not sell personal information or use it to make automated eligibility decisions.

Storage and retention

Submissions are delivered to BespokeRelax by email and retained in the project mailbox for up to 12 months, unless you ask for deletion sooner or a longer period is required by law. The website host and email provider may process technical logs or message data outside your country.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by emailing us from the same address used for your journey response. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

Essential site data

The website does not currently use advertising cookies. Basic hosting security and operational logs may still be processed. If analytics or advertising tags are added, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated first.
